1. Subscription Fees and Charges

Zuyyu offers a lifetime-free subscription to our software, and we only charge a 5% commission on orders processed through our platform. Since there is no upfront subscription fee, refunds are generally not applicable. However, refunds may be requested under specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered for the following cases:

  • Overcharging: If an error has occurred and you have been charged more than the agreed commission (5% per order), you can request a refund for the overcharged amount.
  • Incorrect Billing: If you have been billed incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, billing for services you did not use), you may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User Errors: If you incorrectly configure or use the platform or its features.
  • Failure to Pay on Time: If you fail to make timely payments for the commission, as specified in our Fees and Payments section, no refund will be provided for prior charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by You: You may cancel your use of Zuyyu services at any time. Simply stop using the platform or notify our support team via email or contact form. Please note that there are no refunds for prior commission charges once services have been rendered.

Service Cancellation by Zuyyu: Zuyyu reserves the right to cancel or suspend your access to the platform at any time for violations of our Terms & Conditions or if you fail to pay your outstanding commission fees. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund for any prior payments made.

5. Ownership and Liability Disclaimer

Zuyyu does not assume ownership of any products or services provided by merchants, vendors, or service providers in transactions between users and these entities. Zuyyu does not assert any rights or claims over the products or services offered by these third parties. Any cancellations or refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the terms and conditions set by the respective merchant, vendor, or aggregator. Zuyyu is not involved in determining refund or cancellation charges and is not responsible for processing refunds or cancellations, including any related fees or charges.
